     In order to avoid the creation of false accounts and the consequent misuse of our services in illicit matters that could be detrimental to our company and other clients that use and / or share some resources such as servers, Internet access IP, etc. ,:

     As of 10/01/2020, all our former users will be asked to send their identity documentation for verification purposes. There will be a tolerance of seven days (until 10/7/2020) to receive said documentation.

     In case of NOT collaborating with this essential requirement, on 10/8/2020 ALL SERVICES that the user has contracted will be suspended. In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, no refund or compensation will apply, since this is not a new requirement and every user has had the obligation to read it in said Terms at the time of registration.

     For new users, once their account is created, they will be required to send their identity document prior to the approval of their account.

     You must send the files in jpg, png, or pdf, sharp and legible. Documents that are illegible, of poor resolution or suspected of being fraudulent, will be rejected. If they are considered fraudulent, they could lead to the suspension of all contracted services and the user's account itself.
